Can I return my product?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely happy, simply send your item back within 30 days of receiving it. What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. The simplest way to do this is to follow the instructions on the reverse page of your invoice.
Wanted to return a top , wrote returns address as given but post office couldn't find there company at the address , emailed quality brands to discuss this but have been ignored
