Most UK orders arrive within2–4 working days(on standard delivery). Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as sales or holidays. If you need your items sooner, we also offer express delivery please select at checkout.
Can I return my product?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely happy, simply send your item back within 30 days of receiving it. Unless the product is faulty, return postage costs will be your responsibility. What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. The simplest way to do this is to follow the instructions on the reverse page of your invoice.

Parcel arrived quickly. Ordered 3 pairs of jeans, 2 fitted perfectly but the third was too big even though they were all the same size. Returned the big pair via Royal Mail and received notice of refund 2 days later. Cannot fault the service.
