Please note that if your order was placed as part of our 3 for 2 offer, the discount is applied by making the lowest-priced eligible item free.

If you choose to return only the free item (or an item that was part of the promotional discount), no refund will be issued for that item, as it was provided at no cost under the promotion or was part of a basket to make qualification possible. 

If returning other items from your order, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotional offer. To receive a full refund for all items purchased under the promotion, all qualifying items must be returned.
