How do I return an item?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely happy, simply send your item back within 30 days of receiving it. When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your return reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund on the same day. Most refunds are completed within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How much is delivery?

How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days (on standard delivery). Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as sales or holidays. If you need your items sooner, we also offer express delivery options at checkout.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer direct exchanges. The simplest way to do this is to follow the instructions on the reverse page of your invoice.

Where can I find size charts?

What payment methods do you accept?

Are your products genuine?

Yes! We only stock 100% authentic products and NOT second-hand items. We source directly from trusted suppliers, offering you top brands at discounted outlet prices

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across the UK only. We’re working on expanding our international delivery options, so watch this space!

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

What if my item is faulty?

In the case you receive a faulty item, please contact us straight away at: info@qbodirect.com. We’ll cover the return postage and either refund or replace your item as quickly as possible.
