Can I return my product?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely happy, simply send your item back within 30 days of receiving it. Unless the product is faulty, return postage costs will be your responsibility. What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. The simplest way to do this is to follow the instructions on the reverse page of your invoice.
The tops were meant to be Karen Millen and all of them are unbranded and quite poor quality
