Thank you for your review. We do feel it's a little unfair as we worked very hard to try and resolve the problem with the pair of shorts you received. You received 2 pairs of shorts, 1 good, 1 with a fault. We offered an echange or refund for the faulty item. You declined this offer and posted the shorts back, we then, once received, issued a full refund. We feel we communicated promptly and fairly so we are a little disappointed to read your review.
