Not having used this company before, I am very impressed by the service from QBO. When something was amiss, the response was immediate, helpful and efficient and the replacement arrived quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
My items were as requested however the shade of Jeans were the wrong colour. I emailed at the end of the day on a Friday and got a response back from Renata before 9am on the Monday morning. Nothing was too much bother. An exchange was arranged. I was so happy with the prompt reply and after care. It was superb.

Extremely comfortable jeans
I have been wearing these jeans for decades and love them. They are light, soft and so comfortable as well as being wide enough for my knees. M&S seem to have discontinued them so thank you Quality Brands Outlet for still stocking them!
